Some scans Nov 09
I just got a roll of film back. Only $2.00 at costco if all they do is develop it and now that I bought a film scanner, that's no problem to do at all.
There is no particular order or common theme really. But I hope someone enjoys them :)
Pete's fixie
Fall colours
Old iron ... after a few
Deer Lake in late October
I must say that I quite like this photo.

Seattle
We went to Seattle for a couple of days. And got amazingly lucky when Thursday turned out to be sunny :)
Some photos from the trip.
I didn't really tweak any colours beyond basic levels. Some look pretty skewed, it was just that kind of day. I found that I shot a large number of reflections and tried to get a slightly different 'tilt' on things. Hopefully it turned into some interesting photos :)

P.S.: The slideshow is here in case you like to see the images larger.

Evening ride on the new steel beast
I picked up an old Nishiki steel road bike (mid-80's) and tonight was my 3rd night out on it.
I've been tweaking the setup a bit and tonight rode down & around Deer Lake Park at dusk.
The little Casio almost never leaves my bag, so I took a couple of photos along he way
Shot of 'the beast' as I'm trying to tweak the hand position
Fall
Riding back up from the park was quite a different experience. Turning those big gears take some kind of leg strength :)
Good times!
